Who operates this site
This website is operated by Vanessa Torchia, a licensed real estate broker associate in Colorado affiliated with Compass Colorado, LLC. Contact: vanessa.torchia@compass.com, (303) 507-1754.
Information you send us
The contact form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, your stated interest (buying, selling, both, or a general question), your message, and whether you prefer to communicate in Spanish. It also records the page you submitted from and the time of submission.
Submissions are delivered by email to Vanessa Torchia through a transactional email provider and are used only to respond to your inquiry. They are not sold, and they are not added to any marketing list without your separate consent.
Spam protection
The form uses a hidden field and a timing check to filter automated submissions. Where enabled, it also uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates the request to distinguish people from bots. Turnstile may process your IP address and browser characteristics under Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. When enabled, it uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused service that measures page views without cookies, fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking. If analytics is not enabled, no measurement script is loaded.
Hosting and logs
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes request logs (including IP addresses) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy linked above.
Third-party embeds
Property pages include an embedded Google Map, which loads content from Google and is subject to Google’s privacy policy. Links to Compass, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Latina Village take you to sites governed by their own policies.
Listing data
Property information is compiled from public listing sources and the agent’s brokerage records. It does not include personal information about sellers or buyers beyond what appears in public listing records.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the information you have submitted through this site, or ask that it be deleted, by emailing vanessa.torchia@compass.com. Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act; because this site does not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising, most of those rights are satisfied by the practices described here.
Changes
If the site’s functionality changes in a way that affects this notice, the notice will be updated and the date above revised. The canonical version lives at https://vanessatorchia.com/privacy.
